Food Sucked, Service worse

PArty of 12...service horrible over an hour waiting on simple orders. BEWARE Sorry we cant take more than 2 credit cards but you can use our ATM with a $2.00 Service charge in the lobby so we can raise everyone's bill by two bucks...This restaurant should be your LAST choice...Oh did I mention you can get 1/2 slice of pita to go with your salad for $2.00. The only thing this place doesn't have is a pirate flag! Beware!

Horrible service, even worse food!

My partner and I decided to spend our Easter Saturday out on the town in Buffalo. Which lead us to Pano's for our evening meal, as we figured there would be somewhat of a wait to get seated as the restaurant seemed to be the hip and trendy place to eat, we had heard earlier from several individuals that Pano's was a great place. We waited, after using the bathroom, we waited some more, after a half an hour of waiting i went to the hostess and Ordered a bottle of wine and two glasses, at which time I figured that we would be seated soon, this was not the case, we sat and drank our wine, and watched everyone around get seated, then another couple came in and was seated right away! Upsetting? I would say so! After speaking to the hostess again she realized that they moved the page with out calling our name out, maybe an honest mistake... the meal was even less satisfying, the bruschetta was burnt and soggy, (two things i never thought could be said for one item) the bread dip was a bland puddle of olive oil and finely diced red peppers. we did not stay for the main course! oh, and one more point, good luck finding a parking space!!!
